Welcome to Ortolan's brand new website! We hope you'll make yourself at home. If you are already a fan of Ortolan, thanks for checking us out. If you're a new friend, allow us to introduce ourselves. We are a band made up of four sisters. Stephanie (16) plays guitar and sings lead vocals; Brianna (18) plays bass, Lara (20) plays drums, and Jill (23) plays keys and sings vocals. (Jill is married in) We all contribute in writing lyrics and music. We draw our inspiration from a vast array of genres and individuals.
Exciting news
Our EP gets digitally released July 17th! So keep your ears and eyes on the lookout for it. Our CD is also coming along very nicely. We'll be sure to let you all know when it will be available to add to your musical library. We are eager for you to hear the result of many months of hard work. We are so blessed to have worked with so many loving, supporting people.
Its a boy
We're also VERY EXCITED to announce that Jill and her husband Jeremy (Our brother and also manager) are expecting their first baby!! We are siked to become aunts for the first time and can't wait to take the little one on the road with us.
